I built the code on Ubuntu, no errors in compilation (there is my pull request to achieve this). I also started the ipf and dtt services, as indicated in the README.txt of the project; systemd reports no errors and the services are fully functional.
The problem is that my Lenovo ThinkPad T480 with Intel i5-8350U keeps blocking the maximum frequency and everything works as before, which is bad.
