I was attempting to signup for updates and encountered the following error message:
Network error. Please check your connection and try again.

I've attached a screenshot of an anonymized form submission in the general form I was submitting.
I did also attempt to submit the form without the +newsletter section, with the same result.

The network response was a 405 Method Not Allowed
