πŸ’‘ What:
Refactored loadArticles, handleSearch, and renderProfile in wiki_rabbithole/app.js to use DocumentFragment for batching DOM insertions.
Modified createFeedItem and createBookmarkItem to return elements instead of appending them directly.

🎯 Why:
The previous implementation appended elements to the live DOM one by one inside loops. This caused unnecessary reflows and repaints (layout thrashing) for every item added.

πŸ“Š Impact:
Reduces N reflows to 1 reflow per batch of items loaded. Improves rendering performance, especially on lower-end devices during infinite scroll and initial load.

πŸ”¬ Measurement:
Verified visually that the feed, search results, and bookmarks still render correctly.
