Title

Text Type Attribute Validation is not working in leads section.

Issue Description

I have created a text type attribute with Numerical Validation and there it was found that the validation is not working on lead page.

Preconditions

1. Admin must be logged in.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Admin -> Attributes -> Add Numerical Validation -> Save
2. Go to Leads -> Edit any lead -> Check the text type attribute and there we can see that the validation is not working.

Expected result

Validation should work properly.
