As discussed in #364

This would allow the user to define a new keybind that could execute a pre-defined set of actions. For example: (gonna use my own usage here)

A keybind to capture a region, then annotate it, then after that save it and copy the image to clipboard.
A keybind to capture a region, then annotate it, then save it and upload it then copy the link to clipboard.
A keybind to capture a .gif, then upload it, then copy the link to clipboard.
