also a feature i use quite often in grenshot, open image from clipboard Rvia the editor and the tray menu

after some testing and rasing some tickets i can only say your ksnip tool looks really awesome. with some of the request added i would switch to this tool. thanks for your work and your effort. <3

edit: hope you are ok with the ticket count. just tring to be precise/detailed

That should be already supported, check out Edit > Paste and Edit > Paste Embedded. The first opens a new tab and the second add the image as an image item into the existing tab.

Glad you like it :)
I prefer for every issue a single ticket, the count doesn't really matter for me, it's nice to discuss new ideas ;)

@fnkabit yes. The action for pasting from clipboard should be available on the tray icon. We should use the same name everywhere, if it's paste in the Edit menu it should be also in the Tray Icon. And I would only add Paste, not Paste embedded.
