I tested it on version 1.10.0-continuous (Windows e linux) and the problem persists. On the weblate site there was no new string either. But in the weblate there is already a string 'Actions' that is translated.

It's adifferent "Actions" string. I have now updated all translation files, they should come up soon in Weblate.
