Related to #743. Let's continue there. I'll try to add those without _1 to the package, they're not the same files. |

Just tested build 1-76e65c7 and both msi and portable binaries worked properly in the same computer they weren't working before. |

Hi. Reporting a possible issue with ksnip v1.10.0 (build 1-809c719) under Win 10 (build 19043).
I tried the portable and msi installation of sknip in one of my computers, and it is running properly.
However, in another computer, there is an error popup informing msvcp140.dll and vcruntime140.dll are missing.
Then sknip doesn't run.
I checked the content of the portable version, and I noticed that some dlls have the suffix _1 in their names:
msvcp140_1.dll
vcruntime140_1.dll
libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll
libssl-1_1-x64.dll
Couldn't the suffix _1 be the culprit of the error?
