Forking #1083 (comment) here. We should have a more visible documentation about how to enable debug logging.

The documentation can live in https://github.com/kubernetes-client/python/blob/master/README.md or https://github.com/kubernetes-client/python/blob/master/examples/README.md, or both. We should document how enable debug, and give example of what people should expect to see after enabling it.
