Description

When running Claude Code when attempting to use the discovered tools (application-info for example) it receives "Invalid JSON output from tool process: Syntax error".

I ran php artisan mcp:inspector laravel-boost and when running the same command from there I get the same error.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install Laravel Boost
2. run php artisan boost:install
3. run php artisan mcp:inspector laravel-boost
4. Connect and run command against laravel boost
