Sorry, but they are failing on my machine. I run them on Win7 x64 by Resharper UnitTest runner. Here is exception:

at LibGit2Sharp.Tests.TreeFixture.CanGetEntryByIndex() in TreeFixture.cs: line 45

If I change platform to x86 in project settings everything is ok.
