I had erroneously thought that passing a directory name into the --library parameter would package all libs under a particular top level directory.
I had that wrong, but the tool did not explicitly tell me that semantic was not allowed, I just got a cryptic error. I would have expected a "we don't allow that" error message.
Also, some spots in the code indicated that either a directory or a file was allowable as inputs to this parameter. This turned out not to be the case.
