Describe the bug
As admin, even when I deleted all wallets for a user, the user still cannot be deleted.
A message appears that the user still has a wallet and a wallet is created "automagically" for that user.
In the list of users, he amount of wallets is incremented. (eventhough there's is only 1 visible wallet, the one that was just automagically created for that user)

To Reproduce

1. Go to users and select a user

2. Go to the list of wallets and delete each wallet of that user

3. Go back to the user

4. BUG : when press "delete account" --> An error appears that the user still has active wallets

5. BUG : In the overview list of users --> the amount of wallets has incremented (see step 3)

6. BUG: when user is clicked --> a wallet appears to be automagically created

Expected behavior
Successful user delete when all wallets are deleted
