Feature description

Support for AWS marketplacemetering service:
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/marketplacemetering/latest/APIReference/Welcome.html

Ability to trigger the following actions (as referenced in the API Reference)
BatchMeterUsage
MeterUsage
RegisterUsage
ResolveCustomer

This feature would be create to have, so that you are able to confidently improve upon mission critical payment code
