Current Behavior

On the latest Docker version - Docker Desktop 4.42.0 (195023). There is a model that is shown that asks to enable a particular setting. This setting is enabled, however the model continues to show and cant move forward:

How are you starting LocalStack?

With a docker-compose file

Steps To Reproduce

setup new docker
install localstack via market place
go to screen observe model
follow instructions
restart docker
go back to extension
observe model
