Current Behavior

Currently, the Options window shows up in the taskbar and when Alt+Tabbing between programs.

Expected Behavior

The Options window should not show up in the taskbar or be an alt+tab target. This is usually reserved for different programs or at least independently usable parts of the same program. Since the Options window doesn't have any functionality on its own, it should be considered fully part of the mRemoteNG desktop program.

Context

It can be annoying to have the Options window open and try to Alt+Tab to a different program but instead the main mRemoteNG window gains focus.
