I think it's better to list each supported Python version, instead of only one. Look at pandas' classifiers, for example

Maybe (but is it really helpful? if we support 3.7 does it not mean that 3.8 and higher will be fine too?). The important thing though is just not to forget to do something with these versions) because Python 3.6 is no longer "our" Python.
