Describe the bug

1. I added tags to several notes for quick access. Like GitHub, Gemini, API Keys, Etc.
2. Later on I decided to clean up my tags and removed them from their associated notes.
3. The tags still appear on the bottom left tags list despite being associated with no notes.
4. How do I clean up my tag list and/or delete the tags that are associated with no notes?

To reproduce

1. Add a tag to a note.
2. Observe the tag appears in the tag list in the bottom left of the app.
3. Remove the same tag from a note.
4. Notice that the tag still appears in the tag list, and persists after a restart of MassCode.
