TST: update masked interpolation tests
The biggest changes due to changing the interpolation order are in these tests. The ringing on the positive point is bigger because in is 4 orders of magnitude bigger than the pixels around it, where as the negative one is on slightly less than the pixels around it. The edge effects for the complex kernels is correct, the interpolation in data-space has those points being above the maximum pixel in the input data.
