Due to #7845, the specgram tests in test_mlab now throw a lot of warnings. As discussed in #7866 it would be best just to change the tests so the warnings never appear in the first place.

I would recommend keeping 1 warning and explicitly catching it as a test that the warning added in #7845 is working.
