In the course of a session, when the agent decides to ask me a question and I have a multi-choice selection "Yes", "No', "Something Else"... or when I'm asked for permission to do something, I cannot give my answer by voice and need to at the very least use the arrow & enter keys.

I'm guessing this is outside the control of the agent and so Voice Mode as it is currently designed can't help here?
