[Feature Request] Flash Attention Op should be enhanced with our Scheduler Abstraction #264

Pull request #255 introduced the BaseScheduler class to wrap and dispatch different templates based on operation configurations and hints. While some example use cases, such as Matmul, have been provided, Flash Attention operations have not yet been implemented or updated.
