What happened?

In lam–alef ligatures, the hamzas of U+0672 ARABIC LETTER ALEF WITH WAVY HAMZA ABOVE, U+0673 ARABIC LETTER ALEF WITH WAVY HAMZA BELOW, and U+0675 ARABIC LETTER HIGH HAMZA ALEF are wrong. The glyphs look fine but are assigned to the wrong characters.
