ClassifyPaths mis-classifies on Linux #1324
Description
Starting Microsoft Python language server.

The /tmp folder should not make it into the search paths. And on Linux, thanks to symlinks, the venv's site-packages are not underneath any stdlib paths, so items of type site need to explicitly be taken as interpreter.
