File timestamp not updated when changing content #95

Type: Bug
Create a container of the image:
mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet/sdk:10.0-preview
using the command:
docker run -it -v ~/Test:/Test -w /Test mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet/sdk:10.0-preview
in WSL Ubuntu 24.04
create a file app.cs in the folder /Test in the container using the shell command.
Find a open the file in the container using VS Code. The file content can be changed but the timestamp is not changed.
