If anyone is using Mac Sierra 10.12 or earlier, it appears that the IntelliSense process will crash with 0.22.0-insiders2 due to a failure to load a dynamic library on those older OS's. Let us know if anyone with that OS is able to get IntelliSense to work without crashing.

Mac 10.13 and 10.14 don't appear to have this issue. Is anyone not able to update their OS?

Workaround: Set the C_Cpp.intelliSenseCacheSize setting to 0.

UPDATE: Fixed with 0.22.0-insiders3.
