The python.analysis.autoFormatStrings setting works nicely in .py files, but does not work in python cells in jupyter notebooks.

I'm don't know whether this should be reported here or in the jupyter github, but I assumed python analysis is shared functionality so am raising here.

Weird. Not sure how different code would be running for notebooks. I can reproduce the problem.
