Hello Developers,
These few days, my site is not accessible from my side any more.

• I checked its Nginx log which showed many:
  HTTP/1.1" 499 0 "-"

• Also, fail2ban is running but no IP is blocked. It used to have many IPs being blocked simultaneously.

• From the htop output, my site is flooded by so many visitors and overrun by them.

Is Nginx-bot-blocker still running effectively?
How do I correct this situation?
