Test_RISCV_Features actually cannot pass in emulation, so that's fine. The deadlock tests end up running into the 30s timeout - not sure if that's because there's a genuine hang, or just because things are slow in emulation (note: we've also skipped those two on ppc already, so likely just the slowdown due to emulation)
