clawdbot doctor keeps putting back whatsapp channel into the clawdbot.json

Steps to reproduce

not sure how to reproduce, the very beginning of my claude experience i added whatsapp and later on i asked clowdbot to unload / uninstall it that meant simple delete the whatsapp section from the channels from the clawdbot.json

but clawdbot doctor puts it back meaning that it redefine the whatsapp section under the channels in the clawdbot.json

Expected behavior

I'd like to uninstall whatsapp from clawdbot so I expected the whatsapp config be deleted and not regenerated

Actual behavior

whatsapp section under channels is regenerated
