Even I set my language to German the sharing notifications are not translated to me

Steps to reproduce

1. set your language to German
2. from an other user share a folder to the first one
3. check the notifications of the first user

Expected behavior

The notification should be in German

that particular string also seems to be translated since a long time https://app.transifex.com/opencloud-eu/opencloud-eu/translate/#de/opencloud-notifications/569645411
