  1. Release v0.4.1: Add configurable LDAP TLS certificate verification 

    - Add configure_ldap_connection() helper function for TLS configuration
- Support LDAP_TLS_REQUIRE_CERT environment variable (never/allow/try/demand)

- Add comprehensive documentation in LDAP_TLS_CONFIGURATION.md
