Changes

This round of updates was dominated by the landing of LLVM 22 and GNOME 50. For good measure, @ReillyBrogan also threw in KDE Plasma 6.6.3 and Mesa 26.0.3. In other words: There were a lot of builds and rebuilds.

As part of the compiler work, LLVM and GCC now work with some common alternate x86_64 triples (which has the side effect of increasing compatibility with Solus).

In addition, all packages supporting FFmpeg are now built against version 8.1 of that stack.

We are sticking to the 6.18 LTS kernel for now, and will probably end up skipping the entire 6.19 series, as it has seen comparatively many annoying issues that have only been fixed quite late in the cycle.
