Since a recent update, there is layout jittering on page navigation and load on small devices.
This makes it very hard to hit buttons, focus on the content, and amplifies headaches I get from trying to track the content on screen.
This seems to happen on every page with tabs, which is all the main pages.
It is really zoomed out, then after a few seconds abruptly zooms back in.
You can reproduce by navigating to any page with tabs, like https://github.com/community and you will see it.
If it helps, I am using a Galaxy A16 5G on Chrome 143
