Hello GitHub Support Team,
I am opening this ticket specifically about a GitHub Copilot issue, not the Student Developer Pack.
The Claude (Anthropic) AI models are completely disabled in my GitHub Copilot Chat, even though:
My GitHub Education benefit is active and verified ✅
My Copilot plan includes 300 premium requests per month ✅
I have used 0 of 300 premium requests this month ✅
Other models (GPT, Gemini) appear available, but Claude models do not ❌
This seems like a bug or an unintended restriction on my account. I would like to request that the Copilot team reviews my account and re-enables access to Claude models.
I have screenshots of my Education benefit (verified until June 2027) and my Copilot usage dashboard (0/300 requests used) available to share if needed.
Please escalate this to the Copilot technical team.
