While Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Service Accounts can be used to stream audit logs from GitHub Enterprise to a Google Cloud Storage (GCS) bucket it is not possible to do so via OpenID Connect (OIDC).
The capability to stream audit log events currently exists with Amazon Web Services (AWS). It even seems as though a similar request was raised for Azure Commercial.
In accordance with security best practices static credentials should be avoided wherever possible and we would like to see this capability added to the GitHub Enterprise roadmap for both the Software as a Service (SAAS) and on-premise offerings.
