Community can't directly reinstate accounts, as you already know, but a couple of things worth trying if the standard ticket route is stalling. The most direct escalation path for a suspended account is the reinstatement request form at github.com/contact/reinstatement. It goes to a different team than general support and is specifically for account suspension appeals. If you've only filed general support tickets so far, it's worth submitting this separately and referencing your existing ticket numbers (#4304542, #4310528) so they can connect the history. Six days without a substantive response on a Pro account is not great. Submitting through that reinstatement form specifically tends to get faster human eyes than the general queue. One thing to keep in mind: if the suspension is related to content in the repository (the TokenTradeX repo you linked involves trading/token functionality), the review may involve a policy check that takes more time than a typical ticket. That doesn't mean it goes against you, just that those reviews tend to move slower than standard support cases. |

Yo @mainelew25-cmd β that honestly sounds like a nightmare. Losing access to business infra for 6 days with zero explanation is insane. My GitHub Pro account was suspended without any notification, explanation, or policy violation cited. I have opened multiple support tickets and received no substantive response β only automated replies or silence.
This is severely impacting my work. I have active repositories, ongoing collaborations, and business-critical infrastructure tied to this account.
What I expected: Either no suspension (if no violation occurred), or at minimum a clear explanation of what policy was violated and a path to resolution.
What happened instead: Account suspended without warning. Support tickets have gone unanswered or unresolved for 6 days. No appeals process has been offered.
What I'm asking for:
A human review of my account suspension
A clear explanation of what triggered it
A defined path to reinstatement or appeal
I understand the Community forum cannot reinstate accounts directly β I'm posting here because the official support channel has failed to respond meaningfully, and I'm hoping a GitHub staff member or community moderator can escalate this internally or point me to a contact who can.
