Hello,

I am unable to update my billing information on GitHub.

The billing page says that the billing information supplied is ineligible for transactions due to government restrictions.

I would like to request a manual compliance review, because I believe this may be a mistake or I need guidance on how to correct the billing information properly.

Could GitHub staff please advise:

1. what caused this restriction,
2. whether I can update my billing profile after review,
3. what documents or verification information are needed.

I can provide additional information through the appropriate support channel if needed.
