Huge thanks for that! One more thing to check, does my location matter? I'm current at home but would being on campus make a difference? Could you also advise how I best contac a human agent? I'm not seeing many support options (beyond posting here). Thanks again, I really appreciate it! |

I've made attempts 5 and 6, including a recent letter from HR confirming my status and they've both been rejected. @radwanalmsora radwanalmsora can you offer any help here? I'm not being given an option to contact anyone. |

Hi everyone,
I'm a lecturer at a UK University and have had Github Education for years. It's due for renewal and I can't seem to get the automated renewal to work.
I've so far failed 4 times.
I've uploaded:
My pay slip (it only has my initial on and not full name)
My P60 (which does have my full name)
A screenshot of my University webpage (which does have the short version of my full name so not exact)
A screenshot from staff exployment portal with my exmployee details with full name, etc
Any ideas what other evidence might work here? I think last time I did this, the pay slip was enough and worked fine.
