Account still flagged 9 days after Support confirmed it was cleared (Ticket #4645219) #205512

Same situation here, still open. My account (RobbyFrank) was flagged with no email and no stated reason. Three restrictions confirmed on my end:
Adding a collaborator to my own private repo also fails with "User could not be added." Git over SSH still works. Everything else is blocked. These are private repos for a live SaaS product with paying customers, and my dev environment connects over OAuth so it cannot reach them at all. Ticket 4732761, open since today. Two questions on your case, since you are further along than I am:
Asking because a confirmed-cleared flag that persists for 9 days sounds like the restriction was lifted in one system but not propagated, which is a different failure from the flag itself and might need to be reported as such. Hope you get movement on this. Following. |

Hi, I'm hoping someone from the GitHub team can help escalate this.
On Aug 8, GitHub Support confirmed via Ticket #4645219 that the restrictions on my account were cleared and I had full access again. However, my dashboard has continued to show "This account is flagged, and therefore cannot authorize a third party application" for 9 days since that confirmation.
I've sent two follow-up emails (most recent a few days ago) with no response, and ruled out any local issue β cleared cache, logged out/in, and tested in a different browser, all with the same result.
This is currently blocking deployment of internal tools for my organization. Could someone please help escalate this to the appropriate team? Happy to provide more details if needed.
