Run oro add editorconfig, or oro apply in a project which already has it in the dependencies.

It's worth noting that it's on a musl system, and running glibc-based executables with musl gives a "file not found" error. However, it works with pnpm and node, so it might be a platform detection bug in the case the file exists and is an executable binary.
