We hope you're doing well!

We're reaching out to check in with all of the members of the [Org Name] GitHub Organisation.

Some of you we’ve had the pleasure of working with closely, others we might not have had the chance to connect with yet, and a few may have stepped back from activity for a while.

We are trying to get a clearer picture of who’s currently active, where support might be needed, and if you’re holding keys (e.g. admin rights or elevated access) for specific repos.

So, if you're maintaining or contributing to any of our repos, could you let us know:

• Who you are and where you’re based?
• Are you still actively working with [Org Name]'s repos?
  • [provide list of repos they have access to]
• Do you need anything from us to help you?
• Do you still want to hold key access to [repo name(s)]?
• Do you require automation accounts for any associated services, such as package managers etc.
• If you do not have 2FA enabled on your GitHub account, would you be prepared to enable it?

If you’re no longer involved or would prefer to step back, no worries at all—we just want to make sure everything’s tidy and up-to-date, and we can set appropriate groups and controls to ensure the [Org Name] is safe, secure and well looked after .
