Updated the following dependencies:
Couldn't find a change log for the JAXB RI update but here is a diff with v2.3.5
The XStream update fixes addresses the security vulnerability CVE-2021-43859, when unmarshalling highly recursive collections or maps causing a Denial of Service.
All tests pass.
