This should eventually be moved to the spec_helper_acceptance_local before(:suite) steps when an official EPEL repo is available for RedHat and CentOS 8.x. Also added a 'yum clean all' as the Oracle 7 hosts from VMPooler were sometimes encountering the following error: ``` Error downloading packages: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try. ```
