There are a number of items that need to be updated on the Comparison with PVLIB_MATLAB doc page:

• Document under construction
• PVSC 2015 abstract is now a pvsc paper
• Matlab license is BSD 3-clause as of v1.3.
• Matlab now has quite a few functions that are not in the python version
• Documentation location and tutorial comments are referring to the original pvlib python vs the UA fork.
• Appveyor for windows testing.
• Should say something about the broader Python/PyData ecosystem.

Probably a lot more that could be said here.
