takes like 1.5 hours to spawn host, finished without issue though.
No changes required besides base changes

Purged fastly cache and visited purged URL after taking host down - everything seems good in logs

old droplet ui is confusing and so i created the new one with not enough CPUs.

brought docs-old back up, accepted it into salt again after sed'ing the names, and then turned down the new docs host to upgrade.

Repeated the turn down process for docs-old after the new one was back up
