mypy_primer is very slow

Within the last week, mypy_primer has become very slow. Where previously, it ran [in about 10 minutes](https://github.com/python/typeshed/actions/runs/1512430619), it [now needs over 45](https://github.com/python/typeshed/actions/runs/1535007622). What could be the cause for that?
