  1. Fix AMD water rendering issues with depth/stencil handling

    - Extract copyDepthTexture() helper in AbstractRenderPipeline for reusable
      shader-based depth copies, avoiding driver-sensitive depth/stencil blits
    - Disable colour writes during stencil/depth masking passes to prevent
      garbage (magenta) from overwriting Iris gbuffer colour attachments
    - Use depth-only framebuffer for translucent pass (DepthFramebuffer without
      stencil) to avoid copying stencil state that misbehaves on AMD drivers
    - Replace glBlitNamedFramebuffer depth+stencil copy with shader-based
      depth copy in postOpaquePreTranslucent
    - Set GL_DEPTH_STENCIL_TEXTURE_MODE on D24S8 textures so depth sampling
      works correctly
    - Disable stencil test after composite pass cleanup
