Add documentation about all orders endpoint

[This endpoint](https://github.com/quintel/etengine/blob/master/app/controllers/api/v3/user_sortables_controller.rb#L58-L66) exists but is not documented.

Document how to request data from this endpoint as with other endpoints in the API docs
