It can be confusing when you feature a scenario via MyETM and then it doesn't show up in the Model. My kneejerk solution would be to somehow include a way to invalidate the featured scenarios via the front end so end users can see the effects of their changes sooner.
Alternatively, improving the documentation on the feature-scenario page on MyETM would already help.
